Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Jerin is a kind and resilient 18-year-old expectant mother who lives with her husband and elderly parents-in-law in a family of five, hoping to welcome her first child safely. Her husband is the family's only earning member, working as a day laborer with a monthly income of approximately BDT 6,000, which is barely enough to provide food and other basic necessities, leaving the family unable to afford the cost of emergency surgery, hospitalization, medicines, and delivery-related care. After learning about Helpster Charity through a leaflet, the family sought assistance in the hope of saving both Joya and her unborn baby. Despite exhausting their limited resources, they cannot continue her treatment without financial support. Without timely emergency cesarean delivery, severe oligohydramnios with reduced fetal movements may lead to fetal distress, umbilical cord compression, oxygen deprivation, stillbirth, and other life-threatening complications that could endanger both the mother and her baby.
Medical history
Jerin Naher Joya came with a 39 weeks 4 days pregnancy complicated by oligohydramnios. She was admitted on 08.11.2025, and her LSCS operation was performed on 09.11.2025. The surgery was successful, and the baby was delivered safely. With proper medical management, continuous monitoring, and attentive nursing care, both mother and baby remained stable throughout the postoperative period. Jerin recovered well, experiencing no major complications, and gradually regained her strength. She was discharged on 12.11.2025 in a healthy and secure condition.
Prognosis
The recommended treatment for Jerin is a Lower Segment Caesarean Section, which is the safest option to deliver the baby immediately and prevent further complications. This procedure will help relieve fetal distress and reduce the risks caused by oligohydramnios, ensuring the best possible outcome for both mother and baby. With timely surgery, the baby is expected to recover well and lead a healthy life. However, if the delivery is delayed or left untreated, the baby may suffer severe oxygen deprivation, leading to permanent brain damage or even death, and the mother may also face life-threatening infections or complications.
