Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Hadasa likes to cook. She likes watching her mother cooking and would like to be a certified chef when she grows up. Her mother brought her to the hospital with symptoms of cough of gradual onset associated with chest pains and a fever.
Medical history
Hadasa was placed on a course of management medication during her admission, with doctors working in shifts to monitor her progress closely. The drugs administered included Xpen IV, Gentamycin, IM paracetamol, and Upacof syrup, all of which contributed to a steady improvement in her condition. Following a period of observation and treatment, she was eventually discharged in a stable condition.
Treatment & Outcomes
Pneumonia should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, pneumonia may lead to the permanent lung damage, respiratory failure, septicaemia (infection entering blood stream and causing sepsis), pleural effusion (accumulation of fluid in the space between the lung and chest wall, which can make breathing difficult), and other life-threatening complications.
