Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Medical history
Maryam had a successful surgery. She was admitted in the ward for post-op to recuperate and had her blood pressure monitored as well as wound dressing. Afterwards, both were discharged in a good condition. The family is so grateful for the medical support as they were in despair and deep fear of loosing the mother and the child due to inability to cover the medical bill. They bless Helpster team and supporters for this life-saving treatment and say thank you a thousand times.
Treatment & Outcomes
For Maryam a 40-year-old woman with eminent eclampsia, prognosis depends largely on early recognition and prompt treatment. With timely administration of magnesium sulfate, blood pressure control, and planned delivery, maternal outcome is generally good and seizures can be prevented. However, advanced maternal age increases the risk of complications such as eclampsia, stroke, placental abruption, HELLP syndrome, renal failure, and postpartum hemorrhage. Fetal outcome depends on gestational age and placental function. Overall, prognosis is favorable with urgent hospital management, but delay in intervention significantly increases maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. She is to have caesarian section.
