Medical staff immediately stabilized her with specialized care, preparing her for an emergency cesarean section (LUCS) and a life-saving B-Lynch uterine suture performed that same night on July 3 to control critical bleeding. After showing steady improvement under close monitoring, she spent a total of six days in the hospital before being safely discharged with her newborn daughter on July 9, 2026. She returned home with a comprehensive recovery plan consisting of oral antibiotics, pain relievers, and strict instructions for a 7-day home rest period before her suture removal. This crucial treatment was an absolute success, completely stabilizing the mother and ensuring her newborn baby girl is now resting safely at home, free from life-threatening medical risks, and ready to grow healthily.

According to the treating physician, emergency Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) is required for Jhuma Bhuiyan due to breech presentation, reduced fetal movement, leakage of amniotic fluid, and placenta accreta, which place both mother and baby at significant risk. Timely surgery is expected to facilitate safe delivery, prevent severe fetal distress, and reduce the risk of serious maternal complications, particularly excessive bleeding. With prompt surgical intervention and appropriate post-operative care, both mother and baby are expected to have a favorable outcome and recovery.
