Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Jhuma Bhuiyan is a 22-year-old woman who is currently experiencing a high-risk pregnancy at 37 weeks of gestation, complicated by reduced fetal movement, low amniotic fluid, breech presentation, and placenta accreta. Her family is living in severe financial hardship, as her husband, Anowar Hossain, is physically disabled and unable to earn an income, leaving the household dependent on her brother-in-law, a scrap metal shop laborer who earns only 10,500 BDT per month to support the entire family. Despite her pain and anxiety, Jhuma remains hopeful and determined to protect her unborn child, but the family cannot afford the emergency medical care and surgical expenses required for her treatment. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a local community member and Medical Officer Zakir Hossain of Deshbangla Hospital while seeking medical assistance. Without urgent intervention, both Jhuma and her unborn baby are at risk of severe complications, including excessive maternal bleeding, fetal distress, premature death of the baby, and other life-threatening emergencies.
Prognosis
According to the treating physician, emergency Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) is required for Jhuma Bhuiyan due to breech presentation, reduced fetal movement, leakage of amniotic fluid, and placenta accreta, which place both mother and baby at significant risk. Timely surgery is expected to facilitate safe delivery, prevent severe fetal distress, and reduce the risk of serious maternal complications, particularly excessive bleeding. With prompt surgical intervention and appropriate post-operative care, both mother and baby are expected to have a favorable outcome and recovery. If left untreated, these complications may lead to severe fetal distress, stillbirth, life-threatening maternal hemorrhage, infection, or other obstetric emergencies.
