Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Jannatul Ferdous is a sincere and hardworking 12-year-old Grade 6 student who was previously healthy and hopes to continue her education despite her family’s financial hardship. She lives with her parents, two younger brothers, and grandparents in a seven-member family, while her father, Anwar (35), is the sole earner, working as a day laborer and earning only about USD 73 per month. With this limited income, the family struggles to meet household expenses and cannot afford Jannatul’s hospital treatment, and she learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Abdur Rahman. Jannatul developed high fever, severe cough, and runny nose and was admitted to Saheda Gafur Hospital, where she was diagnosed with typhoid fever. Without timely treatment, typhoid may worsen and lead to severe dehydration, intestinal complications, systemic infection, sepsis, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
Doctors have advised treatment with parenteral antibiotics along with supportive therapy to effectively control Jannatul’s typhoid infection. With timely and complete treatment, her fever will gradually subside, her strength will return, and she will be able to resume her studies and daily activities without long-term effects. Proper medical care will also prevent the infection from spreading and protect her vital organs. However, if left untreated, typhoid can lead to severe complications such as intestinal perforation, internal bleeding, bloodstream infection, and even become life-threatening. Early intervention is therefore essential to ensure her full recovery and safeguard her future health.
