Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Md. Hossain is a calm and intelligent 5-year-old boy who enjoys caring for pets and dreams of building a secure home for his family. He lives with his parents and three sisters in a six-member family under fragile living conditions without a permanent home, while his father, Jasim Uddin (45), is the sole earner, working as a van driver and earning only about USD 49 per month. After receiving treatment at a government hospital without improvement, Hossain was brought to New Evercare Hospital, where he was diagnosed with a right-sided inguinal hernia after suffering from scrotal swelling, pain, intermittent fever, and difficulty walking for about one year. With such limited income and significant family responsibilities, including caring for a daughter with autism, the family cannot afford the necessary treatment and learned about Helpster Charity through a leaflet. Without timely treatment, the hernia may become incarcerated or strangulated, potentially causing severe pain, intestinal obstruction, tissue damage, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
The recommended treatment is an emergency herniotomy to repair the right-sided inguinal hernia and prevent further complications. With timely surgery and proper postoperative care, Md. Hossain is expected to make a full recovery and return to his normal daily activities. However, if treatment is delayed, the hernia may become incarcerated or strangulated, cutting off the blood supply to the trapped intestine. This can lead to bowel obstruction, tissue gangrene, perforation, peritonitis, abscess formation, sepsis, and other life-threatening complications requiring emergency intervention.
