She lives with her husband and 2-year-old son in fragile housing, while her husband is the sole earning member and works as a day laborer, earning only approximately USD 49 per month, making it difficult to meet their basic needs and afford pregnancy-related medical expenses. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a health worker and sought support after Aduri developed lower abdominal pain, discomfort, fatigue, and abdominal tightening at 38 weeks of pregnancy. She was diagnosed with breech presentation, requiring careful obstetric management to ensure a safe delivery.
