Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Rimi Akter is an 18-year-old homemaker who lives with her husband and elderly parents-in-law in a four-member family. The family depends entirely on her husband’s income from construction work, which is approximately USD 57 per month, and their limited income is insufficient to cover the medical expenses required for her care and delivery. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a staff member of Life Care Hospital and sought assistance because most of their income is spent on essential household needs. Rimi has a post-dated pregnancy complicated by anaemia, with a haemoglobin level of 9.7 g/dL, requiring appropriate monitoring and delivery management. Without timely obstetric care, prolonged pregnancy and maternal anaemia may increase the risk of complications for both the mother and baby.
Prognosis
According to the doctor, Lower Uterine Caesarean Section (LUCS) with appropriate supportive therapy is recommended to provide a safe and timely delivery. With timely surgical care, close monitoring, and supportive treatment, the risks associated with the pregnancy can be reduced and a favorable outcome for both mother and baby is expected. If treatment is delayed, the pregnancy may become complicated by fetal distress and difficulties during delivery, while maternal complications may also increase. Timely intervention is therefore important to protect the health of both mother and baby.
