Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Nure Jannat Lota is a 24-year-old calm and caring pregnant woman who enjoys decorating rooms and dreams of building a home of her own; she is 39 weeks and 1 day pregnant with her second pregnancy and was diagnosed with breech presentation after developing lower abdominal pain, fatigue, abdominal discomfort, and abdominal tightening. Her husband, Md. Imamul Mubin, is a day labourer and the sole earner, earning approximately USD 49 per month, while Nure Jannat is a homemaker and lives with her husband and elderly in-laws, Sader Ali, 60, and Mobina Begum, 55; the family has no permanent home and cannot afford the necessary medical expenses. They learned about Helpster Charity through a doctor and sought support for Nure Jannat’s treatment and safe delivery. Without appropriate medical management, breech presentation at term can increase the risk of obstructed labour, fetal distress, birth injury, and other serious complications for both mother and baby.
Prognosis
The recommended treatment for Lota is LUCS under SAB, which is the safest option to deliver the baby and prevent further complications. With timely surgery, both the mother and the baby are expected to recover well, and the baby is expected to grow up healthy. However, if delivery is delayed or left untreated, the baby may develop serious complications, including fetal distress, umbilical cord prolapse, birth trauma such as brachial plexus injury, and head entrapment during delivery. The mother may also face life-threatening complications, including severe infection and other obstetric emergencies.
