Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
The patient is a 23-year-old pregnant woman enjoys decorating her home and lives with her husband, 3-year-old son, and elderly in-laws in a five-member household. Her husband is the sole earner, working as a day labourer and earning approximately USD 49 per month, which is insufficient to cover their basic needs and medical expenses. At 38 weeks and 3 days of pregnancy, she developed lower abdominal pain and was diagnosed with breech presentation at New Evercare Hospital. Due to their severe financial limitations, the family cannot afford the delivery expenses and learned about Helpster Charity through a leaflet, seeking assistance to ensure access to the necessary maternity care.
Prognosis
The recommended treatment for Rubina is a Lower Uterine Caesarean Section (LUCS) under Spinal Anesthesia Block (SAB), as it is the safest option to deliver the baby promptly and prevent further complications. With timely surgery, both the mother and the baby are expected to recover well, and the baby is expected to grow up healthy. However, if the delivery is delayed or left untreated, the baby may suffer from oxygen deprivation, fetal distress, umbilical cord prolapse, birth trauma, including brachial plexus injury, and head entrapment during delivery. The mother may also face serious, potentially life-threatening complications, making timely surgical intervention essential for the safety of both mother and child.
