Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
The 6-month-old baby boy lives with his parents in a small rented room in Geneva Camp, Mohammadpur, Dhaka, where the family struggles to meet their basic needs. His father works as a traditional lace artisan, earning approximately USD 90 per month, while his mother stays home to care for him, leaving the family with no savings for unexpected medical expenses. The baby was admitted to the hospital after four days of high fever, cough, vomiting, and severe watery diarrhea, which left him dangerously dehydrated and weak; he was also diagnosed with severe pneumonia, a respiratory tract infection, and scabies. His family learned about Helpster Charity through a medical outreach camp in Geneva Camp and urgently needs support to cover the cost of his treatment. Without timely medical care, severe dehydration and pneumonia could lead to life-threatening complications, including shock and respiratory failure, putting his young life at serious risk.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctors, hospitalization with hydration therapy, antibiotics, nebulization, and other supportive treatment is essential to manage severe dehydration, pneumonia, and associated infections. With timely and appropriate treatment, the child is expected to regain fluid balance, improve breathing, and gradually recover from the infections. Without treatment, severe dehydration may lead to shock and organ dysfunction, while pneumonia may worsen, causing respiratory failure and potentially life-threatening complications. Close monitoring and follow-up are important to support recovery and protect the child's health.
