Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Sakiba Akter is a 19-year-old caring and hardworking woman who lives with her husband, young son, and mother in a four-member family. Her husband, Mohammad Najmul (36), is the sole earning member and works as a day laborer, earning only around USD 65 per month, making it difficult to afford emergency delivery expenses. At 36 weeks of pregnancy, Sakiba developed labor pain and per-vaginal discharge and was diagnosed with breech presentation, requiring emergency LUCS. Without timely delivery, the abnormal fetal position may lead to serious complications for both mother and baby. The family learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Masud Rana and is seeking urgent support for a safe delivery.
Prognosis
LUCS (Lower Uterine Cesarean Section) is expected to provide a controlled and safer delivery for Sakiba, considering her 36-week pregnancy with breech presentation. With timely surgery, appropriate anesthesia, and postoperative monitoring, both mother and baby are expected to have a good chance of recovery. If treatment is delayed, breech presentation during labor may increase the risk of fetal distress, difficult delivery, birth injury, or complications for the mother. Timely intervention is therefore important to protect the health and safety of both mother and baby.
