Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Rupa Akhter is a 28-year-old caring mother from a financially vulnerable rural family who is expecting a baby and also cares for her 4-year-old son. Her father, Hadiul Islam, is currently unable to work due to illness, while her mother, Selina Begum, works in other people’s homes, and her husband has not provided regular financial support; the family’s irregular income of only USD 49–57 per month is insufficient for their basic needs or medical expenses. Due to financial hardship, Rupa could afford only one antenatal consultation and ultrasound during her pregnancy, which revealed a breech presentation requiring a possible cesarean section for safe delivery. Without proper obstetric care and timely delivery planning, breech presentation may increase the risk of complications for both mother and baby. The family learned about Helpster Charity through Dr. Umme Salma of DeshBangla Hospital and is seeking support for Rupa’s safe delivery.
Prognosis
LUCS (Lower Uterine Cesarean Section) is expected to provide a safe and controlled delivery for Rupa, considering the breech presentation and reduced amniotic fluid. Timely delivery can reduce the risk of complications during labor and help protect both the mother and baby. With appropriate preoperative assessment, surgical care, and postoperative monitoring, the mother is expected to recover well and the newborn can receive immediate assessment and care. If delivery is delayed without proper monitoring, breech presentation and oligohydramnios may increase the risk of fetal distress and other complications, potentially threatening maternal and fetal well-being.
