Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Md. Salman Islam is an 18-year-old Class 12 student who enjoys cycling and dreams of becoming a businessman. He lives with his parents, younger brother Tamim, and younger sister Sadia in a five-member family in a rented house, while his father, Arman Islam, is the sole earner, working as a tailor and earning only about USD 49 per month. Salman developed fever for six days followed by vomiting, loss of appetite, loose stools, abdominal rash, and fatigue, and was diagnosed with typhoid fever at New Evercare Hospital after treatment from a local pharmacy failed to improve his condition. Due to their limited income and fragile living conditions, the family cannot afford his medical expenses and learned about Helpster Charity through a leaflet. Without timely treatment, typhoid may worsen and lead to serious complications and prolonged illness.
Prognosis
Hospitalization with parenteral antibiotic and supportive therapy is expected to control the typhoid infection, improve Salman’s fever and gastrointestinal symptoms, and support his recovery. With timely treatment and appropriate monitoring, he is expected to regain his strength and return to his studies and normal activities. If left untreated, typhoid fever may worsen and lead to prolonged illness, severe weakness, and other serious complications. Timely treatment is therefore important for a safe recovery.
