Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Halima Akter is a 1-year-6-month-old girl who developed high fever, severe cough, and common cold for five days and was admitted to Saheda Gafur Ibrahim General Hospital after being diagnosed with typhoid. Her father, Jamirul Islam (32), works as a driver and is the sole income earner, earning approximately BDT 8,000–9,000 (around USD 65–74) per month, while her mother, Sumi (28), is a homemaker and the family also supports her school-going brother and elderly grandparents. With their limited income, the family struggles to meet basic household needs and cannot afford Halima’s hospitalization, medicines, investigations, and treatment expenses. The family learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Abdur Rahman and sought assistance for her treatment. As typhoid is endemic in the area, without timely treatment the infection may worsen and lead to severe dehydration, intestinal complications, systemic infection, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
