Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Aklima Akter is a caring and hopeful 26-year-old mother who is expecting her second child and hopes to provide a secure future for her family. She lives with her husband, five-year-old son, and parents-in-law in a five-member family, while her husband is the sole earner, working as a day laborer and earning only about USD 49 per month. With this limited income, the family struggles to meet daily household expenses and cannot afford the cost of the planned Caesarean section. At approximately 39+ weeks of pregnancy, Aklima developed lower abdominal pain and mild watery leakage and was found to have a breech presentation, for which Caesarean delivery has been planned as clinically indicated; she learned about Helpster Charity through Sadika and sought financial assistance. Without timely delivery, breech presentation during labor may increase the risk of difficult delivery, fetal distress, birth complications, and potentially life-threatening outcomes for both mother and baby.
Prognosis
LUCS (Lower Uterine Cesarean Section) is expected to provide a controlled and timely delivery for Aklima and her baby given the breech presentation at term. With timely surgery and appropriate maternal and newborn monitoring, both are expected to recover well, and Aklima can safely resume her family and daily responsibilities. If delivery is delayed, breech presentation during labor may increase the risk of difficult delivery, fetal distress, birth injury, and reduced oxygen supply to the baby. In severe cases, these complications may become potentially life-threatening for both mother and baby.
