Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Rabeya Akter is a 25-year-old first-time mother who had an uneventful pregnancy and hoped for a safe delivery and a healthy baby. Her husband, Nesar Uddin, is the main earning member of the five-member family and earns approximately USD 73 per month, while the household also includes their 16-year-old brother-in-law, Nafis, and elderly parents-in-law, Abul Kalam Sikder and Beauty Begum. With only one low income to cover food, education, healthcare, and other essential expenses, the family cannot afford the cost of Rabeya’s emergency delivery and learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Abdur Rahman. At 39+ weeks of pregnancy, Rabeya experienced labour pain for two days, and an ultrasound revealed breech presentation with prolonged labour, for which the doctor recommended an immediate Caesarean section. Without timely delivery, prolonged labour with breech presentation could lead to obstructed labour, fetal distress, oxygen deprivation, and serious complications for both the mother and baby.
Prognosis
The doctor's prognosis is that an immediate cesarean section is a crucial, life-saving intervention. Breech presentation puts both the mother and baby at significant risk. this condition may cause umbilical cord becoming compressed, which can cut off the baby's oxygen supply and lead to fetal distress, irreversible brain damage, or stillbirth. Without the immediate surgical delivery, the risk of a tragic outcome for the baby is high. The C-section, while a major surgery, offers the best chance to bypass these life-threatening complications and ensure a safe and healthy start to the baby's life.
