Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Jamia Jannath is a 17-month-old girl who developed cold and cough for seven days, followed by fever, breathing difficulty, runny nose, poor feeding, and rash, and was admitted to Seba Hospital with severe pneumonia and measles. Her father, Jamil Ahmed (25), works as a day labourer and earns approximately BDT 6,000 (around USD 49) per month, while her mother, Popy Begum (23), is a homemaker and her younger sister and grandmother also depend on the family. The family lives in a modest tin-roofed house with a mud floor that they do not own, and their limited income makes it difficult to afford Jamia’s hospitalization, medicines, and treatment expenses. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a pharmacy staff member and sought assistance for her treatment. Without timely treatment, severe pneumonia with measles may progress to respiratory failure, severe infection, dangerously low oxygen levels, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
According to the doctor’s , Jamia requires hospitalization with appropriate medications, nebulization, and supportive care to manage her severe pneumonia and measles. The treatment is expected to improve her breathing, control fever and other symptoms, and prevent further complications. With timely treatment and close medical monitoring, she is expected to stabilize and gradually recover. If treatment is delayed or not provided, her condition may worsen, leading to severe respiratory distress, respiratory failure, or other serious complications.
