Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Rinku Akter is a 30-year-old housewife who hopes to build a happy and secure future for her family and provide a healthy start for her newborn. Her husband, Monir, 35, is the main earner and works as a day labourer, earning approximately USD 74 per month, while the family also supports their 11-year-old son Abdullah, her mother-in-law Morsheda Begum, and the newborn baby. With only one modest income and the ongoing costs of food, education, medicines, and other necessities, the family cannot afford the emergency delivery expenses, and they learned about Helpster Charity through miking. At 38+ weeks of pregnancy, Rinku experienced a gush of fluid followed by two days of continued leaking, and ultrasound at Saheda Gafur Ibrahim General Hospital revealed severe oligohydramnios with fetal distress, for which an immediate Caesarean section was advised. Without timely delivery, the ongoing fluid loss and fetal distress could worsen and place the baby at serious risk of oxygen deprivation and other potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
The doctor's prognosis is that an immediate cesarean section is a crucial, life-saving intervention. The patient's history of premature rupture of membranes, severe oligohydramnios and fetal distress puts both the mother and baby at significant risk. The lack of amniotic fluid can lead to the umbilical cord becoming compressed, which can cut off the baby's oxygen supply and lead to fetal distress, irreversible brain damage, or stillbirth. Without the immediate surgical delivery, the risk of a tragic outcome for the baby is high. The C-section, while a major surgery, offers the best chance to bypass these life-threatening complications and ensure a safe and healthy start to the baby's life.
