Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Sajeda Khatun is a 30-year-old housewife who was admitted at 37 weeks of twin pregnancy with breech presentation and anemia, requiring close medical care and delivery planning. Her husband, Rashedul Islam (32), works as an auto-van driver and is the family’s sole earner, with a monthly income of approximately BDT 8,000 (around USD 65), while their son and daughter study at a madrasa and the family also supports elderly parents. Living in a small tin-shade house with only one income, the family cannot afford the hospital and delivery-related expenses associated with her complicated twin pregnancy. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a staff member of Life Care Hospital and sought assistance for Sajeda’s treatment. Without timely medical management, breech presentation, twin pregnancy, and maternal anemia may increase the risk of complications for both the mother and babies, making appropriate hospital care essential.
Prognosis
Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) is expected to provide a safer mode of delivery for Sajeda because of her 37-week twin pregnancy complicated by breech presentation and anemia. With timely surgery, appropriate preoperative assessment, and postoperative monitoring, the risk of delivery-related complications can be reduced, giving both Sajeda and her babies a better chance of a safe outcome. If timely delivery is not provided, breech presentation in a twin pregnancy may increase the risk of obstructed labor, fetal distress, umbilical cord prolapse, or other serious complications that can endanger both the mother and her babies.
