Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Sabiha Jannath Jamila is a cheerful and active 6-year-old girl who lives with her parents, younger sister, and grandmother in a four-member family. Her father, Jamil Ahmed (25), is the sole earner, working as a day laborer and earning only about USD 49 per month, which is barely enough to meet the family’s basic needs and leaves them unable to afford Sabiha’s medical expenses. Sabiha developed high-grade fever, cough, cold, rash, and severe respiratory distress and was admitted to Seba Hospital, where she was diagnosed with severe pneumonia with measles and required urgent treatment. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a pharmacy staff member and sought support because of their financial hardship. Without timely treatment, severe pneumonia with measles may worsen rapidly, causing dangerously low oxygen levels, respiratory failure, severe infection, and potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctors, hospitalization with isolation, parenteral antibiotics, nebulization, and other supportive therapy is recommended to manage Sabiha’s severe pneumonia with measles. With timely treatment and close monitoring, her respiratory distress and infection are expected to improve, supporting a safe recovery. If left untreated, severe pneumonia may progress to worsening respiratory distress, dangerously low oxygen levels, respiratory failure, and other serious complications. Measles may also lead to further complications, making timely treatment important for Sabiha’s recovery.
