Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
A 27-day-old newborn depends entirely on his family for care and protection. His father works as a microbus driver, earning approximately USD 65 per month, while his mother cares for him and his 6-year-old sister, who attends Class 1; the family’s limited income makes it difficult to cover basic living expenses and urgent medical costs. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a volunteer and sought assistance after the newborn developed fever, cough, cold, and breathing difficulty, with an oxygen saturation of only 89%; he was diagnosed with severe pneumonia and admitted for urgent treatment. His very young age, low oxygen level, and breathing difficulty make his condition particularly serious. Without timely medical care, the infection may worsen and lead to respiratory failure, dangerously low oxygen levels, sepsis, and potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctor, hospitalization, antibiotic therapy, nebulization, and other supportive treatment are recommended to manage the newborn’s severe pneumonia and breathing difficulties. With timely treatment and close monitoring, the infection and respiratory symptoms may improve, helping stabilize oxygen levels and support recovery. Due to the newborn’s very young age and oxygen saturation of 89%, urgent medical care is essential. If left untreated, severe pneumonia may progress to respiratory failure, dangerously low oxygen levels, sepsis, and potentially life-threatening complications.
