Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Sadhona Akter is an 18-year-old housewife who cares for her family despite their difficult financial circumstances and is hoping for a safe delivery and healthy baby. Her husband, Rashedul Islam, 25, is the sole earner and works as an agricultural day labourer, earning approximately USD 65 per month, while the family also includes his younger sister and elderly parents. Living in a small tin-shade house with a mud floor and relying on a single low income, the family struggles to meet basic household expenses and cannot afford Sadhona’s medical and delivery costs. They learned about Helpster Charity through a staff member of Life Care Hospital and sought assistance after Sadhona was diagnosed at 39 weeks with breech presentation and anemia. Without timely medical management and safe delivery, the breech presentation may increase the risk of obstructed labour and fetal complications, while anemia may increase the risk of maternal weakness and complications during delivery.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctor, LUCS (lower uterine cesarean section) with supportive therapy is recommended to achieve a safe delivery given the breech presentation and maternal anemia. Timely delivery with appropriate supportive care can reduce the risk of complications during labour and provide a safer outcome for both mother and baby. If left untreated, breech presentation may result in obstructed or complicated labour and fetal distress, while anemia may increase maternal weakness and reduce her ability to tolerate blood loss during delivery. Prompt medical management is therefore important for a safer delivery and recovery.
