Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mohammad Miraz is a 17-year-old boy who lives with his parents and younger brother in a four-member family. His father is the sole earner, working as a waste collector and earning approximately USD 57 per month, which is insufficient to meet the family’s basic needs and medical expenses. Miraz developed fever, headache, body aches, and repeated vomiting and was brought to Narayanganj Poly Clinic General Hospital, where he was diagnosed with dengue fever with warning signs. The family learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Masud Rana and cannot afford the necessary treatment because of their limited income. Without timely treatment and close monitoring, dengue with warning signs may progress to severe dengue, bleeding, shock, organ dysfunction, and potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
Hospitalization with IV fluids, parenteral antibiotics, daily CBC and other necessary investigations, supportive therapy, and close clinical monitoring is expected to stabilize Miraz’s condition, control complications, and support recovery from dengue with warning signs. With timely treatment and appropriate monitoring, he is expected to improve and gradually return to normal activities. If his condition deteriorates, ICU support may be required. If left untreated, dengue with warning signs may progress to severe dengue, causing significant bleeding, plasma leakage, shock, organ dysfunction, and potentially life-threatening complications.
