Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
The patient is a 4.5-year-old boy who loves playing with toy cars and dreams of becoming a cricket player. He lives with his parents, his 1-year-old sister, and his grandparents in fragile housing without a permanent home, while his 29-year-old father works as a day labourer earning approximately USD 49 per month to support all six family members. The family struggles to meet basic daily needs and cannot afford the hospital expenses required for his treatment, so they sought assistance from Helpster Charity after learning about the organization through a relative. He developed a persistent fever that worsened over six days, accompanied by an abdominal rash, vomiting, loss of appetite, loose stools, and fatigue; after his condition deteriorated despite home care, he was taken to New Evercare Hospital and diagnosed with typhoid fever. Without appropriate antibiotic treatment and medical monitoring, typhoid fever can cause severe dehydration, intestinal bleeding or perforation, and other life-threatening complications, placing his health and life at serious risk.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctor, hospitalization with parenteral antibiotic therapy and supportive care is necessary to control the infection, manage symptoms, prevent dehydration, and reduce the risk of complications. With timely and appropriate treatment, the child is expected to recover and gradually return to normal daily activities. Without treatment, typhoid fever may progress to severe systemic illness, intestinal bleeding or perforation, and other life-threatening complications that could endanger the child's life. Close medical monitoring is essential to assess treatment response and ensure recovery.
