Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Tanha Jannath Tanni is an 18-month-old girl who lives with her parents in a modest tin-roofed house with a mud floor and depends on them for her care and support. Her father, Jumil Ahmed, 32, is the sole earner and works as a day labourer, earning approximately USD 33 per month, while her mother, Shiyara Begum, is a homemaker, making it difficult for the family to afford daily necessities and Tanha’s medical expenses. They learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Redwan Hussen Shiplu and sought assistance when Tanha developed high-grade fever, loose motion, cough, severe breathing difficulty, and vomiting. She was diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis with measles and severe pneumonia, with a temperature of 103°F, oxygen saturation of 94%, and rapid breathing. Without timely treatment, the combined infection could lead to worsening dehydration, severe respiratory distress, dangerously low oxygen levels, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctor, hospitalization, strict isolation, appropriate medicines, hydration, nebulization, close monitoring, and supportive therapy are recommended to control the measles, gastroenteritis, and severe pneumonia and stabilize the child’s condition. Timely treatment is expected to improve her hydration, breathing, fever, and overall clinical status while reducing the risk of complications. If left untreated, ongoing fluid loss may cause severe dehydration, while pneumonia and measles may worsen and lead to severe respiratory distress, dangerously low oxygen levels, and other serious complications. Prompt treatment and monitoring are therefore essential for recovery.
