Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Nilufa Akter is a 35-year-old housewife who cares for her family while facing difficult financial circumstances and is now 38 weeks pregnant with a complicated pregnancy. Her husband, Babu Mia, 40, is the sole earner and works as a carpenter’s helper, earning approximately USD 57 per month; the family of four includes their young son and daughter, and his limited income is insufficient to cover daily needs and the cost of Nilufa’s medical care. They live in a small tin-shade house with a mud floor, and the family cannot afford the expenses associated with the urgent management of her pregnancy. They learned about Helpster Charity through a staff member of Life Care Hospital and sought support for Nilufa’s treatment. She was diagnosed with breech presentation and fetal distress, and without timely medical intervention, the condition could worsen and place both mother and baby at serious risk, including severe fetal compromise and potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) was considered the safer mode of delivery for Nilufa due to the breech presentation and fetal distress at 38 weeks of pregnancy. With timely surgery, appropriate preoperative assessment, and postoperative monitoring, the risk of delivery-related complications can be reduced, giving both mother and baby a better chance of a safe outcome. If timely delivery is not provided, breech presentation and fetal distress may lead to obstructed labor, worsening fetal distress, umbilical cord prolapse, or other serious complications that can endanger both mother and baby.
