Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

LIFE CARE HOSPITAL & DIAGNOSTIC CENTERRoumari, KurigramHospital contacts
Background
Ariyan Hasan is a 6-month-old baby boy who developed fever, cold, cough, and breathing difficulties for five days and was diagnosed with bronchiolitis after medical evaluation. His father, Polash Rana (28), works as an auto-van driver and is the sole income earner, earning approximately USD 65 per month, while his mother is a housewife and his elderly grandmother also depends on the family. The family lives in a small tin-shade house, and their limited income makes it difficult to afford Ariyan’s medical treatment. They learned about Helpster Charity through a staff member of CSDK and sought assistance for his care. Without timely treatment, bronchiolitis may worsen and cause severe respiratory distress, low oxygen levels, respiratory failure, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
With timely supportive treatment, appropriate medications, and close monitoring, Ariyan Hasan’s bronchiolitis can be effectively managed, leading to gradual improvement in his breathing difficulties, cough, cold, and fever. Proper medical care will help improve his feeding, comfort, and overall condition. With adequate treatment and careful monitoring, he is expected to make a good recovery. However, if left untreated, bronchiolitis may worsen breathing difficulties and lead to dehydration, respiratory distress, and other complications, particularly in a young infant.
