Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
The patient is a 10-month-old baby girl who lives with her parents, a six-year-old brother studying in Class One, and a three-year-old sister in a family of five. Her father works as a bricklayer, earning only approximately USD 49 per month, while her mother is a homemaker, leaving the family struggling to afford basic necessities and essential medical treatment. The family lives in a house with brick walls and a muddy floor, and they learned about Helpster Charity through a volunteer while desperately seeking help for their sick daughter. She was admitted to the hospital with measles, acute watery diarrhoea, and severe pneumonia after experiencing persistent high fever, frequent loose stools, a rash, and serious breathing difficulties. Without timely treatment, she could develop severe dehydration, dangerously low oxygen levels, respiratory failure, and other life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctors, hospitalization, isolation, appropriate medicines, supportive therapy, and close monitoring are recommended to manage the patient’s measles, acute watery diarrhoea (AWD), and severe pneumonia. With timely treatment and careful observation, her breathing difficulties and diarrhoea are expected to improve, supporting her gradual recovery and return to normal feeding and activities. Without proper treatment, severe pneumonia may lead to dangerously low oxygen levels and respiratory failure, while persistent diarrhoea may cause severe dehydration. Measles can also lead to additional complications, making prompt medical care essential for her recovery and survival.
