Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Moses is a cheerful five-year-old who enjoys playing with other children at a Children’s Home. A Good Samaritan brought him to the home about six months ago after finding him abandoned beside a road at night. He was unable to provide enough information to identify his family, and efforts to trace them have been unsuccessful. The home relies on well-wishers and donations to provide food, shelter, education, clothing and healthcare. Two days before coming to the hospital, Moses developed diarrhoea, fever, headache and a cough. The matron gave him painkillers, but his condition did not improve, prompting the home to take him to Rheemah Hospital. Following assessment, he was diagnosed with infectious gastroenteritis and colitis, affecting the stomach and intestines, alongside a bacterial infection and severe dehydration. He was admitted for treatment and close monitoring by the medical team. His dependence on charitable support makes assistance essential in meeting his medical and daily needs.
Prognosis
The prognosis for Moses is good. Following medical assessment Moses was diagnosed with Infectious gastroenteritis and colitis; unspecified, bacterial infections; unspecified and severe Dehydration. Admission was necessary to administer medication manage hotness of the body, close medical supervision and to manage pain. Treatment improves hydration, nutrition, energy, growth and Moses overall wellbeing. If untreated, severe dehydration and infection may worsen, causing weakness, malnutrition, organ damage, shock or death.
