Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.

That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Six-year-old Emmanuel is a vibrant boy who loves playing football and dreams of a successful future, but he is currently suffering from a dangerous high fever and persistent vomiting. His family of eight lives in a single, dark one-room home without electricity, trapped in severe financial hardship on his mother's meager income of just $8 a month. Emmanuel's illness has completely sapped his energy, leaving him suddenly quiet and isolated from his friends, while his desperate parents are entirely powerless to afford the hospital diagnostics and antimalarial treatments he urgently requires. Basic over-the-counter paracetamol has failed to break his fever, and without immediate clinical intervention, his condition risks rapidly escalating into severe, life-threatening complications. Helpster's urgent intervention is Emmanuel's only lifeline, and your generous donation will directly fund the medical care needed to restore this young dreamer's health and get him back on the football field.

Prognosis

The patient was presented to our facility with a high fever, persistent vomiting, and marked lethargy, and laboratory testing has confirmed a diagnosis of acute malaria parasitemia accompanied by secondary anemia. It is critically vital that immediate, targeted clinical treatment is initiated for this six-year-old child, as any further delay can cause the infection to rapidly deteriorate into life-threatening cerebral malaria or total organ failure.
