Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
A determined 14-year-old girl studying in Class 8 at a local high school hopes to continue her education despite her family’s financial hardship. She lives with her parents, younger sister, and younger brother in a small tin-shade house with a mud floor, while her father works as an auto-van driver and earns approximately USD 65 per month as the family’s sole breadwinner; her mother is a homemaker. With this limited income, the family struggles to meet the basic needs of all five members and cannot afford the medical expenses required for her treatment. After eight days of fever, cold, cough, and abdominal pain, she was diagnosed with typhoid fever and a urinary tract infection (UTI) following medical examination and diagnostic tests, and the family learned about Helpster Charity through a staff member of Life Care Hospital. Without timely and appropriate treatment, these infections may worsen and lead to severe dehydration, bloodstream infection, kidney complications, and other potentially life-threatening conditions.
Prognosis
With timely administration of appropriate antibiotics and supportive treatment, the patient's typhoid fever and urinary tract infection can be effectively controlled, leading to a gradual reduction in fever and improvement in her cold, cough, and abdominal discomfort. Proper medical care will help restore her strength and enable her to return to her normal daily activities, including attending school. With close monitoring and adequate treatment, the chances of a full recovery are very high. However, if left untreated, the infections may worsen and lead to prolonged illness, dehydration, and other health complications that could significantly affect her overall health.
