At Helpster, we are actively involved in developing an infrastructure that connects
hospitals, volunteers, children in need, and patrons. This project also includes the validation of both the hospital and the child's case to ensure that we support genuine and deserving cases. We do the KYC of Patients & Hospitals ourselves.

Our primary mission is to save lives by funding access to vital healthcare worldwide and create a movement of heroes. We are committed to ensuring that no child suffers or dies simply because they lack the financial means to pay for basic healthcare. Through our fundraising efforts, we are dedicated to providing an opportunity for these children to receive the medical treatment they urgently need.

Only life changing cases from poor families and the assessment value below 5K$ are accepted.
Paying to Hospitals
Money transferred DIRECTLY to local hospitals and ONLY for the approved cases from the app
How we deal with donations
After clearing up the payment processing fees, banking fees and currency exchange losses*, 100% of every donation made on Helpster website or Helpster mobile app directly used to pay the hospital bills for our verified patients.
*Mentioned losses are about 5%.
Our operating expenses are covered separately by foundations, philanthropists, and donors who donate to the Helpster team.

Helpster has it’s own Admission rules, criteria & regulations
- Receiving a caseAll cases are uploaded to our Helpster Admin Panel from our verified hospitals and volunteers.
- Verification and controlWe collect data, invoice, Poverty & Urgency scorings for verification etc. Questionable cases are investigated before approval.
- Admitting for fundraisingWe admit only life-saving & life-changing cases up to 3000 USD with approved prices, KYC and treatment.

We have a network of representatives, volunteers and partners in each country that we operate in.
They visit the poor households and follow our protocols to approve and validate the case, as well as gather all the information about the child and the illness.
We only work with the hospitals that have a governmental license for operation, and that have passed all of our checks.

Yes, you can donate once, or buy a monthly subscription and have a certain number of donations you can distribute among the children you want to help.
If you don’t chose who you want to donate to during a month, the subscription money will be randomly distributed among the children in need.

Mortality, caused by an absence of access to the vital healthcare due to inability to pay hospital bills is one of the most critical injustices in today's world.
The global community has not yet developed the mechanisms for dealing with such a problem in a scaling and effective way.

4. Cases that need a surgery or vital medication, including urgent ones (such as appendicitis, malaria etc.), are accepted and preferred
5. Rightful guardians must be of low income which is not enough to pay for hospital bills

Yes, all of the stories in our blog are real down to the smallest detail. We collect the reports from our patients and gather permissions to share their stories with the wider public.
About 95% of every donation made on Helpster directly funds healthcare for the kid you choose. We pay from the donation amount the credit card processing fees, international bank transaction fees and currency exchange rate. On average it's 5% but varies from case to case.
Our other operating expenses are covered separately by philanthropists and donors who donate money to the Helpster team.
