Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Mary lives with her parents. She is afraid of strangers and she can get frightened easily. Mary loves drinking yoghurt and eating sweets. She was brought to the hospital by her mother with complaints of diarrhoea, vomiting, fever and cough. According to Mary's mother, the symptoms begun 2 days ago when she refused to feed and appeared to be ill. Her mother gave her pain relievers but there was no improvement. Gastroenteritis can cause significant loss of fluids and electrolytes through vomiting and diarrhea. Without proper treatment, dehydration can become severe and require urgent medical attention.
