Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Joram likes reading and drawing pictures. He loves going to school and he finds it a joy learning new things everyday in the subjects that he is taught. His favorite subject is Mathematics and he would like to be a university lecturer when he grows up. He was brought to the hospital with complaints of dizziness, headache, general body malaise, chest pains, joint pains and hotness of body. He has been unwell for the past 3 weeks, taking over the counter medication and at one point visited the local dispensary, but there has been no improvement. He was brought to the hospital when the pain become unbearable for him
Medical history
Joram was brought to the hospital with complaints of dizziness, headache, general body malaise, chest pains, joint pains and hotness of body. He has been unwell for the past 3 weeks, taking over the counter medication and at one point visited the local dispensary, but there had been no improvement. He was brought to the hospital when the pain become unbearable for him and before anything was done, he was given anaelgesics to to relieve him of the pain. He was diagnosed with severe malaria and put on injections to treat malaria for three days, followed by oral medication. He was discharged on oral medication, and it was confirmed on follow up that he completed the dose and is now doing well.
Outcome
Malaria is a life threatening condition that should be urgently treated with antibiotics and antimalarial drugs, if not treated immediately Joram would be at risk of developing sepsis and Brain problems as a result of malarial infections spread.
