Vibian likes playing hand ball and skipping rope games. She looks forward to four o'clock every evening when they all run to the school field to play their favorite games for at least an hour before they go back home. She loves eating bread and drinking milk. She would like to be a teacher in future. Vivian is a known epileptic and only plays games when there is an elder person nearby to watch her closely. The epilepsy is well controlled with medication and regular follow up at the hospital. She was brought to the hospital with complaints of headache, vomiting, fever and reduced appetite. The symptoms begun 1 week ago and her mother gave her anaelgesics, The symptoms got worse over the days. She improved and was discharged after a few days

Infective gastroentheritis is a life threatening condition that should be treated urgently with antibiotics and rehydration solution to prevent dehydration and kidney damage therefore treatment is necessary to Vibian as soon as possible.
