Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Francisca lives in rural areas with her parents and siblings. She likes playing hide-and-seek with her friends and her siblings, and she also likes singing. Francisca loves drinking vanilla and strawberry flavored yoghurt. She would like to be a doctor in future. She was brought to the hospital with complains of headache, fever, chest pain and cough. She has also had some chest congestion and abdominal pains. The symptoms begun 3 days ago and she had not taken any medication, neither has she been taken to any health facility; her parents did not have money for this. Her parents work as casual laborers with very little source of income from the wages. Francisca's mother learnt about Helpster CHarity from the school.
Medical history
She was brought to the hospital with complains of headache, fever, chest pain and cough. She has also had some chest congestion and abdominal pains. She was treated for bronchitis which was diagnosed after a thorough physical examination, and she progressed well
Outcome
Acute bronchitis prognosis is good when treated early with antibiotics. If not treated immediately Francisca would be at risk of developing pneumonia and sepsis as the bacterial infections spreads very quickly leading to respiratory collapse.
