Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Sadman, a 5-year-old boy, lived happily with his parents and little sister in a village. He is a first-grade student who enjoys playing football and cricket with his friends and classmates. His father is the sole breadwinner of the family. However, one day, Sadman complained to his parents about a swollen scrotum. Shortly after, he experienced scrotal pain and discomfort during urination, along with swelling. Concerned, his parents took him to the nearest government hospital, where he was diagnosed with hydrocele and phimosis. They were referred to a pediatric surgeon who recommended surgery. Sadman's parents were distressed because they lacked the financial means for the operation. A few days later, they heard about the Helpster Charity and Poly Clinic from another patient who had received treatment there through Helpster's support. Determined to find help, they admitted Sadman to Narayanganj Poly Clinic and sought assistance from Helpster Charity.
Medical history
Sadman faced a daunting diagnosis: a left-sided encysted hydrocele and phimosis that brought with it unbearable swelling and excruciating pain in his scrotal area, complicating something as simple as urination. As his discomfort escalated, the need for surgery became unavoidable, casting a shadow of anxiety over him and his loved ones. Under the meticulous care of skilled surgeons, he was placed under general anesthesia, and the operation unfolded with precision—removing the hydrocele sac and performing a circumcision, all while maintaining strict aseptic precautions. When he awoke, relief washed over him as he learned the procedure had been a success. Now, as he rejoices in his recovery, Sadman has reclaimed his life, his face aglow with a joyful smile. His family, filled with gratitude, expresses their heartfelt thanks to the Helpster Donors and the dedicated team at the Narayanganj Polyclinic for turning a moment of fear into a triumphant return to health.
Outcome
The patient has an encysted hydrocele and phimosis, conditions that are affecting the quality of his life. To address this, a hydroselectomy, which involves the removal of the hydrocele sac and fluid, is necessary. Untreated cases can result in bleeding, infection, and painful urination, all of which can further degrade the patient's quality of life.
