Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Brenda is a 1 y.o. girl who has been unwell for the past 3 days. Mother tried using over the counter medication but the situation only got worse. The child who initially only had a fever was now vomiting and was not feeding well. The mother decided to bring the child to hospital and request for the hospital bills to be waived since she did not have enough money for the child's treatment. She got to the hospital and was all smiles when she was informed about Helpster Charity.
Medical history
Brenda was was diagnosed with pneumonia, received the needed treatment, and improved. The tests were done to rule out any other form of infection before she was put on treatment for pneumonia. She responded well to treatment. The mother's face lit up with a big smile when she found out that Helpster Charity would help pay the medical bills. She had been so worried when she came to the hospital, but after her child got treated and received medicine, her worry turned into a joyful smile. She was really, really happy.
Outcome
The child was presented to our facility with a cough, diarrhoea, vomiting, hotness of the body. The patient was diagnosed of malaria and pneumonia. If not treated, the child acquires further complications.
