Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
8yr old Kipyekwa likes watching cartoons and singing. His favorite meal is smokies and he also likes drinking juice, with no preference of a specific flavour. He would like to be a teacher when he grows up. Kipyekwa was brought to the hospital with complains of abdominal pains, loose stool, headache and vomiting. The symptoms begun a day ago. His family have no reliable and stable source of income; infact the last time Kipkeywa needed money to pay for hospital bills after he fractured his arm, his parent's friends and the church had to come in to make some contributions for the same. Kipkeywa's parents were elated when they heard about Helpster Charity
Medical history
Kipyekwa was brought to the hospital with complains of abdominal pains, loose stool, headache and vomiting. After a physical examination by the doctor who later ordered laboratory investigations, Emmanuel was confirmed to be suffering from enteric fever and he was admitted immediately and put on intravenous medication for a period of 3 days as well as intravenous fluids. He responded well and was discharged with no abdominal pains or headache. He is well.
Outcome
Typhoid prognosis is fairly good when treated early and hygiene condition maintained. Kipyekwa will get well and return to his daily activities when medical treatment is administered immediately.
