Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Emerald is 3 y.o. girl who lives with her parents, an aunt and an uncle in 2 rooms. Emerald is the only child of her parents. Mother is a receptionist and Father is a factory worker in pharmaceutical company. Two days ago Emerald started having fever and poor appetite. On the 2nd day she started stooling. She emptied her bowel more than ten times and this made her mother bring her to Healing Touch Hospital for expert care. Admission date - 9. May 2023.

Medical history

The child was treated for malaria and sepsis for 3 days. Admitted and discharged on the 12th of May, 2023. She was feeling much better.

Outcome

The patient was presented to our facility with fever, vomiting, stooling, and fatigue. She was diagnosed with sever malaria and inguinal hernia. If not treated, malaria may lead to multiple organ failure, and other fatal complications. Inguinal hernia, if left untreated, may cause tissue inflammation and necrosis.
