Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Hassan is a 15 y.o. boy living in slums. He's been having left loin pain, lower abdominal pain and left inguinal scrotal swelling lingering for more than 6 months. He has never attended a western education facility, however, he is enrolled into the Islamic school, thereby knowing the whole Holy Quran. His family are the victims of Boko haram insurgency, which destroyed their house and means to earn. Hassan likes soccer and often plays with his peers. Admission date - 31. May 2023.
Medical history
Hassan was admitted and had herniorrhaphy surgery successfully done on account of an inguinal hernia, and he was discharged home on the 12th of June.
Outcome
If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
