Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Simiyu is in Grade IV, and would like to be an engineer when he grows up. He lives with his 3 siblings and his parents. His father does manual jobs to earn a living. They get their water from a stream which takes more than 40 mins to reach and get back to the homestead. Their house is grass thatched and has mud walls. They do not have electricity in the homestead.
Medical history
The child was treated for nephritis. He came to the hospital with a history of passing very dark urine and pain on urination; a series of tests were done together with physical examination and patient was put on medications after confirmation of the diagnosis. Responded well to medication and was discharged. Simiyu thanked Helpster Charity for their assistance. He had been very worried of his illness, and bearing in mind the financial situation of their home, he was worried whether he would be able to go to hospital and be treated.
Outcome
The patient was presented to our facility with hotness of body and pain on urination, vomiting. If not treated, the condition may lead to kidney damage.
