Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Patience, a 14-year-old girl, is a humble and quiet individual who enjoys playing handball, sprinting, and high jumping. She aspires to become a coach in the future. She was brought to the hospital by her parent after experiencing a headache, two episodes of vomiting, general body weakness, and diarrhea for one day. According to her mother, Patience had been given pain relief medication, but her condition continued to deteriorate with each passing hour. Maureen, her mother, had no money, as she had been unable to find work for the past week despite her efforts to secure small jobs. With no other options, she rushed to seek help from her pastor. On the way, she encountered the village elder, who introduced her to Helpster Charity. Through the support of the village elder, Maureen was able to bring Patience to God's Favor Hospital for medical assistance.
