Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Umar is the last Child among five children living with his parent in Bauchi State. Despite the financial challenges, the parent have consistently made sure the children have their daily bread. Umar experienced severe temperature for three days which weakened him and made him lost appetite. He also experienced cough and runny nose. The situation deteriorated until the parent sought for medical help. Umar is diagnosed with malaria and lower respiratory tract infection.
Medical history
Umar was treated at Albisbir Hospital for Malaria and a Lower Respiratory Tract Infection. With the support of Helpster Charity, he received appropriate medications and supportive care. His symptoms gradually subsided, and he recovered well, leaving the hospital in good health.
Outcome
Both Malaria and Lower RTI can be fatal if left untreated. But they both have good prognosis if early diagnosis and appropriate treatment is made on time.
