A 1-year-old child from poor home was brought this medical facility. She is cheerful and likes playing with toys and cat at home. She was presented to this facility with the complaints of Supra umbilical bulge which reduces and obstruct intermittently with mild-moderate pain especially when the obstruction sustained for some hours without reducing. The child was evaluated and diagnosed with supra-umbilical hernia.
