Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Noela is a cheerful and lively five-year-old, the youngest in a family of five. She is known for her playful and energetic nature. After playing with other children, Noela began complaining of chest pain. Her family initially gave her local herbal remedies, but there was no improvement. Soon after, she developed a cough. When her condition remained unchanged after five days, the community health promoter referred her to the hospital for medical attention. At the facility, she underwent a physical examination and laboratory investigations were conducted.
Medical history
Noela was brought to the facility with complaints of unresolved chest pains, and body aches. Tests run revealed that she was suffering from malaria, she was given and injection, and was discharged on orals to take at home. Her mother when contacted reported that Noela had made a full recovery and was now joyful and playful as she was before she fell sick
Outcome
The prognosis for malaria in children is highly variable, ranging from full recovery to severe complications and even death, especially in areas with high malaria transmission. Uncomplicated malaria generally has a good prognosis, while severe malaria, particularly due to Plasmodium falciparum, carries a high mortality rate, especially in children under 5.
