A 10-years old son of a hawker who lives in bulunkutu kasuwa. His mother heard about Helpster charity when the volunteer went to community outreach, and then later on Presented his son to UMD medical facility to get the free surgery from Helpster, he is playful, and intelligent child who likes chanting with his parent and he aspires to becoming a broadcaster. About one-year ago, he was noticed to have developed a bulge/swelling around the umbilical region. Occasionally associated with pain and obstruction. The pain is usually relieved by analgesics. After evaluation at our hospital, a diagnosis of umbilical hernia was made.
