Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Nurun is a 16-year-old girl who lives with her parents and brother in their small family home. Her father works as a garment worker, earning just enough to buy food and clothes for the family. There are five members in their family, and they all share a close bond despite their financial struggles. Nurun Nahar is a talented student, studying hard and dreaming of becoming a doctor one day. She also enjoys hobbies like vegetable gardening and helping her mother at home. Unfortunately, she has been suffering from a painful swelling in her right armpit for the past six years, and her family cannot afford the surgery she urgently needs to stay healthy and pursue her dreams.

Medical history

Nurun had been suffering for six years from severe pain, swelling, and fever in her right armpit. At RUDO Hospital, she was diagnosed with a chronic abscess and underwent an excisional lymphadenectomy—a surgery to remove the infected tissue. Thanks to the support of Helpster donors, the operation was successfully performed by the hospital’s surgical team, and her recovery went smoothly. Nurun is now healthy, pain-free, and able to return to her normal life. She and her family are deeply thankful to Helpster donors, the RUDO Hospital team, and Dr. Arif for their support and care.

Outcome

Nurun's condition can be effectively treated with surgery, which will relieve her pain and prevent further health complications. Her main complaints include persistent swelling, severe pain, and high fever in her right armpit that have lasted for six years. Emphasizing the importance of timely intervention, the goal is to ensure a smooth recovery and help her regain her health and confidence. With proper care, Nurun has a good chance of returning to her normal activities and continuing to pursue her dreams.
