Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Esau is a 2 y.o. boy who suffers from cerebral palsy and is on follow up for occupational therapy. His mother is a house wife and the father is a motorcylce taxi rider. Esau's mother is unable to look for a job, since she has to stay at home and take care of Esau. Esau has been unwell since yesterday, vomiting after oral intake and with associated hotness of the body. The father also reports that the child cries a lot while passing urine.
Medical history
Esau is a boy who has cerebral palsy. After some tests at the hospital, doctors found out he had a urinary tract infection and malaria. He was treated at the hospital as an out-patient, and his parent was advised to continue taking the child for the occupational therapy. Esau's dad was really happy with the support from Helpster Charity. A few days later, he returned to the hospital after Esau finished his medication at home, to thank the hospital and Helpster Charity again.
Outcome
The infection should be treated immediately, since it may spread onto kidneys, if left untreated. It will also keep causing pain and discomfort if the treatment is not received.
